Hey everyone! I’m hoping I can delete this post ASAP , but currently I cannot log into my account on my laptop.

This means that other than scheduled posts I cannot post new content which SUCKS!

I am also rather concerned that someone might have hacked my account.

Please bear with me in this scary time

    Sometimes if someone has tried to get into an account….too many password trys….they will lock account. Good luck

      The issue I’m having is the log in link isn’t even getting sent 🙃

          I hope so, this has shook me somewhat and made me question if I want to continue , so I’m hoping so a swift conclusion. Especially as I’ve just paid for 3 years you would have thought the support would be much quicker ..

      Thanks so much 🙂 I’ve still got access on mobile browser and jetpack app but not desktop it’s so confusing!

        That is odd. I would suggest definitely not logging out of those, at all if you can help it.

          Yeah thats the plan, still it sucks though as i cant publish anything not already scheduled for a while 😦

    There were multiple “Sorry we’ve encountered an unexpected error” messages yesterday which I had never seen before, so it is possible it’s something on WP’s side.

    Unfortunately, support on WP often seems less than supportive. Good luck!

      Oh so maybe it’s not just my account. Yeah I’ve sent them emails this morning so I’m hoping it might get sorted later today or tomorrow. Luckily I’ve still got access on mobile browser and app , but I use desktop to do my posts. Fingers crossed I get back in later

        There always seems to be inconsistencies between mobile and PC performance with this platform for some weird reason.

    I have also had to turn my account private because of similar issue…. and because of trust issues I was forced to take followers off from following my site….
