Album Art Description

A royal-themed crest sits against a white background. Two lions, a phoenix, and symbols surround an ornate letter. The imagery looks elegant and theatrical. It hints at a band with classical flair and drama.

Funny how some of them are immediately identifiable from just a simple description. I guess they’re just too iconic to forget!

I agree with it being Queen’s ‘A Night at the Opera’ I actually have this record myself. I always thought the bird was a swan, but it does have fire underneath it, so the phoenix makes more sense lol

I had the album, so it was an easy guess! This comment appeared straight away but the first one didn’t. Maybe it went to spam?

        *pedantry alert*

Hang on a mo – Day at the Races has a black background. A Night at the Opera has the white, and the question said white!

        *pedantry ceases*

I was going to shrug and give up, but then something came to me – is it A Night at the Opera? You know, the one with The Song? Though for my money A Prophet’s Song and ’39 are both better
