Fox Reviews Rock - Albums Of The Year 2025

It has been a great year in the realms of all things rock! What better way to celebrate the brilliant new releases of 2025 by counting down our favourites.

Band Background

AfroDiziac has had one hell of a life journey. Starting out in the US before moving over to the UK and finally to Germany. He’s impressed at every single step along the way. He has a wonderful blend of classic rock with blues while all the time being his own sound. Having supported the likes of The Darkness it is clear he is well thoughts of within the community too! Just let your ears be shocked by his amazing voice and guitar work… We had the pleasure of reviewing this album in full as well as one of the singles check those out!

What’s Good About This Album

While it might only be short at 21 minutes long it is jam packed with songs that have great rock energy. This really is all killer no filler. It showcases his entire vocal range, skills on the guitar and also his knack of penning great lyrics. I can’t wait to see what his next album sounds like.

Favourite Tracks

This track opens the album with emotion right from the very start. With rich guitar riffs and vocals that are powerful and raspy. The chorus is just begging to be sung along to, especially with the subtle but worthwhile backing vocals.

AfroDiziac – Nightingale (All Rights Are Retained by AfroDiziac)

I love how the vocals here show both power and vulnerability, it adds a layer of honesty that is excellent. The drum and bass create another element to check out entirely too. Be on the look out for the little solos here and there as they are nuggets of gold!
