For a metalcore band I have always found Motionless In White to be much more towards the melodic side of things. This is a prime example of this. The song focuses on mental health struggles with whispered thoughts and screaming at the exact right moments. This highlights the push and pull of internal conflict and mental health. This is radio hit worthy and for this style of band that is saying something.

While the first song listed here is about your head , this song is all about your heart! It is one of the bands more emotionally mature songs about grief and the reflection on a lost love. This is all about rejecting vengeance for longing and grace of the heart. Structured like a gothic styled ballad it is actually the use of electronic elements that i think gives it the cinematic feel.

This is a nod to their home town zip code. All about loyalty and identity. Honestly this is just an ode to how the band came to be and gives real insight about what makes the band keep going.
