What is the perfect song for the gym?

Try jogging while listening, this one will knock you out. We know, we tried.

What is your go to happy song, when you’re angry or sad?

Maziar: “…ice the beer, it’s easy to feel good”.

The perfect song to put on while cooking?

Karin: I prefer german lyrics by cooking, I don’t know why. One that works quite nice with is “Nimm mich mit” by 2Raumwohnung.

The wind down song at the end of a long day to get you to sleep?

None of us is listening to music before sleeping but I could imagine the Machinarium Soundtrack would do a good job. For example the song Mr. Handagote.

The song by The Yawës that you are most proud of?

Karin: of course we ain’t got bad songs. But this one’s also got a nice Lockdown story. When I play this song or just listen to it it reminds me of that lockdown-phase which gave us the time and space to found this band. And now by looking back realizing what it has become since then.

Your all time favourite rock song?

Steven: Once I heard the epic guitar solo at the age of four I knew I wanted to do something like this when I grow up.

The perfect song to set the mood on a date?

Karin: Thanks to Steven for the mixtape.

The perfect pre show song to amp you up?

So far we have not had one but: good idea! This one could work well.
