What Collaboration Between Bands Would You Love To See?

Having seen his amazing performance of “Changes” at the Back To The Beginning concert recently, I would love to see a collaboration between Yungblud and Ozzy Osbourne!

Black Sabbath – Changes (All Rights Are Retained By Black Sabbath)

I have seen footage of Dom giving Ozzy a new chain, effectively returning the favour that Ozzy had done previously. This passing of the torch from Ozzy is touching and honestly I know he would have been really proud of the job he did covering his song.

Yungblud – Zombie (All Rights Are Retained By Yungblud)

I know Ozzy has officially finished touring now, but there is no way that he will stop recording! I can honestly see Yungblud joining him for a track on his next album and I think if it was a duet their voices would really mesh well!

Ozzy Osbourne – Crazy Train (All Rights Are Retained By Ozzy Osbourne)

This probably wasn’t the sort of thing you were expecting to read but I would love to see it. So what rock collaboration would you like to see? Let me know in the comments!

Maybe not quite what you wanted, but if I could resurrect Janis and Joe Cocker and put them on stage together I’d be very happy. 😎

Oasis and the Verve. If I was to pick my ideal group it’d be Reni (Stone Roses) on drums, Mani (Stone Roses) on bass, Noel Gallagher (Oasis) on guitar, Richard Ashcroft (The Verve) on guitar/vocals and Liam Gallagher (Oasis) lead vocals. Can you see a pattern emerging here?!? 🤣

I posted on my Facebook yesterday that I picked up the guitar because of Noel Gallagher. There’s multiple people that are technically better than him but for me, the way he plays his songs, no one else has ever come close. We have our inspiration don’t we and I owe a hell of a lot to Noel’s guitar playing

Yeah I suspect you’re not alone in that particular inspiration 😁

Noel described playing guitar as something that you can never complete. There’s no levels or achievements to be made (granted you can get graded if you want to), but it’s something that is so subjective as to what you want to achieve. Noel said his favourite guitarist (or one of at least), was Paul Weller. I admit, I never considered him to be a guitarist. I’ve seen YouTube videos of Rory Gallagher, Knopfler, Hendrix, Clapton etc and they are all unbelievably good at playing guitar but for some reason, Noel Gallagher playing the acoustic guitar is what it is all about 👌

I had had a thought that the two Monkees that were left should get together with the two Beatles and form a band. Unfortunately, things did not have a chance to even work out before there was but one Monkee left,

Ah it’d have been cool for a 4 piece but there is plenty of great 3 piece bands 😁

Oooh, great question! I’d love to see another “Walk This Way” style collab with Foo Fighters or Fall Out Boy and…I dunno any new rappers so like Jay-Z or somebody? hahahaha Or one of those old school rock power ballads with STP or Green Day and Adele

I’m going to take a huge leap here and have to go with Pat Benatar – Promises in the Dark with Heart playing parts of Crazy on You.
