    While I really like Pink Floyd, it’s hard to beat the Beatles’ 100 or so innovative songs (and that’s not saying anything against their early years of teen-beat stuff)

    I’m of two minds. On the one hand, I’d say the Beatles because I tend to listen to more of their songs. On the other hand, I’d say Pink Floyd so my friends will think I’m cool.

    I listen to both but have always loved the early Pink Floyd albums, Saucerful of Secrets, Ummagumma, Meddle…Grantchester Meadows is one of my favorite songs ever.

    Love them both immensely, but agree with those who say the Fab 4 were in a league of their own. Prodigious talent and productivity, unmatched in the history of music IMO.

    I’m a little late to the party but easy one for me, Floyd all the way.
    Ticked one off my bucket list last year and listened to Live at Pompeii sitting in the very amphitheater they recorded the album the same year I was born in🤘🏼
