What is it about that album do you think that makes it so special?

A lot of it for me is the story it tells. There aren’t many concept albums out there. And it’s hardly ever done by a band that is still considered “up and coming.” They took a big risk considering the typical goal is making radio-friendly songs.The record execs weren’t too happy. In the end, it worked out. 2112 feels very authentic. Also, as a bassist… Geddy kills it, and the chemistry between him and Pert amazes me.

Congratulations! That’s a fantastic milestone to achieve!
Asking that question is like asking a parent to name their favorite child. As hard as it is, I have to say The Rolling Stones (sorry, David Bowie/Spiders From Mars). Their best song: pick anything from the Exile On Main Street double album. That collection of tracks is rock/blues perfection.
Congratulations! I always thought that music was the universal language. I would say rock band The Beatles but there are many more I love so just naming one is not easy. The Beatles and their music pulled me into rock and roll in the first place. About rock song I have lots of favorites but have to mention Glory Days by Bruce Springsteen because that is one song that always brings me back to my high school memories,

Wow, what a difficult question b/c there are too many honestly even if the question is the greatest.
You can’t name this list without The Beatles but they are more of a pop band when compared to other greats like The Rolling Stones, Eagles, Zeppelin…so many from the classic rock era that fostered my love for rock music as is evolved.
I’m really happy for you, and the team. It’s a wonderful milestone. I’m now at subscribers and am well happy. I’m also very happy with the the stats that the site is getting. Not as huge as yours maybe, but for one guy publishing just twice a week, with a certain niche, I’m not going to know it.
For me it’s the 50 oddK people who have viewed the wite since I started it. They didn’t have to. Nobody said, you must go and see what this guy is sharing and writing. It’s had a certain organic growth, and I see that there are a couple of articles that bring people to my site and then they stop and have a look.
On a good day I get around 200 people having a look, and on quiet days it could be as low as 35 but that’s fine too.
All that to say keep up the good work and I wish you every success!
Thanks Ian! You’re smashing it , and i think it always wise to take things like views and subscribers etc in context , being niche wont help with that but for sure the people who know where your site is love it and thats what truly matters!
It’s all about that article that hooks in 10 new people who keep coming back and looking at everything else you do , that is what gives me the personal pride the most!
Yesterday was actually our best day ever view wise with just under 600 views but we did also just have 3 interviews with bands that were very kind and shared the posts everywhere online which REALLY helps!

You can stop that right now young man!!! Nah, I’m joking. It’s not just about the likes and views etc however satisfying they might be. It’s about people bothering to try and put something worthy and intelligent out there. It’s about treating the people you interact with, with respect and good old fashioned decency. Some might write about a certain kind of music and others about a certain kind of photograph. If we take things even a little bit seriously then we can all go a long way.
It’s certainly satisfying for sure! But you’re so right , but in the end none of us get anywhere by not treating other with respect and more importantly with intrigue and genuinely taking what they put out there with interest.
