For every day in the month leading up to Halloween we will be posting a spooky themed song. On top of this, we will also be giving you a little rock-themed Halloween treat. We will be discussing rock musicians who appeared in horror films.

So grab that jack-o’-lantern, fill it with sweets and listen to our spooky song (If you dare)!

This time it’s Rob Zombie – Halloween (She’s So Mean) and the film The Legacy 1978 featuring Rodger Daltrey.

He ended up in the film after offering his house as one of the many filming locations. His character dies after swallowing a chicken bone. What an odd way for the WHO star to be killed off!

    Death by choking is something I’d expect more from Mama Cass than Roger Daltrey. (That was tasteless! Bad me!)

    One of my favourite musicians appeared in my favourite horror franchises – but it was one of the least like entries in the series. So, I’ll have to see if you cover it.
