For every day in the month leading up to Halloween we will be posting a spooky themed song. On top of this, we will also be giving you a little rock-themed Halloween treat. We will be discussing rock musicians who appeared in horror films.
So grab that jack-o’-lantern, fill it with sweets and listen to our spooky song (If you dare)!
This time it’s Stabbing In The Dark by Ice Nine Kills and David Bowie appearance in The Hunger (1983).

David Bowie – The Hunger (1983)
Bowie actually learned how to play the cello for the film! In which he plays a 300 year old vampire. His character realizes that while feeding on humans gives him immortality it doesn’t grant him eternal youth. Having the lead role in this is pretty damn awesome but its not the first time he appeared in films.
