Easily pavement easily! By the way, Stereo is my absolute favorite song by them!!!

I love the little Simon says that the guitar and the base in the beginning of the song…

I enjoyed Tame Impala more…. even added it to my Spotify… haha.. Pavement was okay, but probably won’t listen to them again soon 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Probably “New Person, Same Old Mistakes,” but I find the video to “Let it Happen” pretty epic… I can feel the crippling anxiety of the guy in the video as I watch it.

Tame Impala. Usually, “quirky” wins out with me, but Pavement’s quirky melody and vocals got on my nerves rather quickly. Not a fan of either, but Tame Impala wins this round.

I have to go Pavement. This must be a generational gap. I was spinning tunes on college radio when Pavement’s first singles were released. At that time, they were groundbreaking. I consider them the last great indie band before Nirvana made everything sound corporate.

Now I did enjoy Pavement, but for me, definitely still on the Tame Impala side!

Question for you then:

Favourite Tame Impala song? For my personal interest, sorry I’m a nosy cunt.

I’m instinctively hearing Elephant as my favourite choice for them, but I know when I listen to their full albums again, or remember/find more, that could be subject to change!
