This Week’s Tunes Vol – 12

Welcome to our weekly post dedicated to what each member of the team has been listening to. Delve into the inner workings of what comes out of the speaker at Fox Reviews Rock HQ!

What’s more is that every song in these posts will end up on a dedicated Spotify playlist. Meaning you can catch up on all our favourite new tunes!

Fox

Sleep Token – The Summoning.

So this is a band that I knew nothing about just 1 year ago. Hardly surprising though as their rise to massive heights has come seemingly out of nowhere! We reviewed this hit previously , and you can read that here . They have also been announced as the Saturday headliner at Download Festival 2025 which I am really damn excited about!

This song has it all. It features metal riffs and a soulful voice. The genre bending flow deserves to be listened to at least once in full to give it a real chance. If they release another album with tunes like this, the songs will be impossible to get out of your ears!

Punk Rock Factory – Beauty and the Beast

This week we have been visiting a lot of Christmas markets in the Alcase region, this includes the small villages and towns that inspired the town in Beauty and the Beast, it’s also where the story originates from!

So in punk rock fashion, my song of the week is Punk Rock Factory & Spencer Charnas’ version of Beauty and the Beast!

St Jimmy

T is for Thomas Band – Best Friend

My song of the week is Best Friend by T is for Thomas Band, they are the first band we did our first gig review on here, have just released a brand new song so check it out. You can also read our exclusive interview with them here.

Future Palace – Decarabia.

I love the unique sound created from the blend of dance music and metal music shown in this song.

Lucky Luke

The intro is insane and actually seeing people’s reactions to it is hilarious.

Job For A Cowboy – Entombment Of A Machine (All Rights Are Retained By Job For A Cowboy)

T for Thomas Band reminds me of Blue Peter.

T for Thomas reminds me of this. Unsure why though… the vocals?
