Wow one entire year of Fox Reviews Rock! I have to admit when I started this venture I had no idea how long I would do it for. Along the way, many of you know others have joined this crazy club of rock music enthusiasts. I am forever grateful for that.
Rock music has always been an escape for me. Even when times are great, there is nothing better than sitting down and enjoying some great tunes! This site began because I needed mental relief. The traumatic events that brought my daughter into this world led me to start the site.
I am lucky that both my wife and daughter are beautiful and healthy. This site provided clarity when things were cloudy for a while. I have not publicly talked about this before but I feel that now is the right time.
Whenever you view the site or comment, and speak with me, I am grateful. Truly, it’s something I will forever appreciate! I have talked with so many of you since this started. Over 9000 comments on our posts have been made, which, to be honest, still amazes me.
At the 6-month mark, I reviewed our views. I set a goal of 80,000 hits for 1 year of the site. The original goal of 36,500 was smashed out of the park. I can happily announce that the new goal was also beaten ( I am writing this on the 4th Feb). While I write this, we have over 92,000 views. Thank you!
You will notice a distinct shift in posts towards the end of 2025. The posts will shift towards just reviews or interviews. This most likely mean that we are publishing less often however still multiple times per week. We have taken this decision collectively in order to improve the overall quality and look of the site. It also gives us more time to interact with the amazing people who discuss our posts in the comments.
We are really excited about this new direction for the site and hope that you will be too! It would be amazing if you left us a comment. Share some of the bands or songs you have discovered over the past year from our site.
