    I just saw Rammstein a couple of years ago, out of this world show, poor Overkill had no shot here, even the mighty Years of Decay or Skullkrusher, it should be Ramstein vs themselves to make it a fair fight 😉

    OK. First time listener to either, and Du Hast was frickin awesome. Plus, I looked up the lyrics (I knew what “du hast” means), and it’s actually an interesting song about ambivalence in love, which is on my alt-Brit pop vibe. Overkill also sounds dated, while Rammstein still sounds fresh.

    It would be Rammstein for me. My wife’s a bigger fan than me and saw them live, early in their career in 2001 at Brixton Academy, London. She really enjoyed the show but said the heat from the pyrotechnics in that small venue was something else. We both went to see them in Birmingham, UK in 2010. That was an excellent show as well. I remember creepy hanging dolls being shot down from a gantry above the stage and a security guard, front of stage, getting pissy when he got covered in foam from the foam cannon.
