What is the perfect song for the gym?

This song, aside from channelling a good bit of righteous anger about the world’s never-ending wars and the prioritisation of profit over people, has a proper punch to it.. perfect for pushing through a tough session.

What is your go to happy song, when you’re angry or sad?

When it comes to lifting my mood, anything by The 1975 does the trick. They’re just exceptional. Their music has seen us through some really difficult times and the Live from Madison Square Garden version of this track hits differently.. it’s powerful, emotional, it’s perfection. 

The perfect song to put on while cooking?

I just really love this song – it puts me at ease. There’s something about the mood of it that makes the whole process feel calm and a bit dreamy. But when it’s time to eat, we usually switch it up and put on some Mexican music: keeps things light and fun around the table.

The wind down song at the end of a long day to get you to sleep?

Usually whatever track we’re mixing at the moment. Otherwise, a bit of gospel: Marvin Sapp or Tye Tribbett.

The song by Here and Everywhere that you are most proud of?

So far, it’s Once and Forever, Scream, Seeker Of The Source or Stepping Forward. But once we’ve released the full album, I reckon that answer will change.

Your all time favourite rock song?

That’s a tough one.

But all four of us absolutely love – and love playing: Whitesnake – Still of the Night. It’s such a brilliantly crafted track with such a badass punch.

The perfect song to set the mood on a date?

The perfect pre show song to amp you up?

Lately, it’s got to be something from Linkin Park. Emily’s just incredible: I’m a massive fan.

A great song you think Fox Reviews Rock won’t have heard before?

They’re a Lithuanian band..absolutely brilliant. Hypnotising stuff.
