My wife and I just worked the Ghost concert at SDSU back in August doing YONDR at the artists’ request.

I had never heard of them before. But, apparently they have a loyal following. Viejas Arena was nearly at capacity. Some 9k fans were in attendance.

People dressed the part too. There was kind of a Pope meets Dia De Los Muertos thing going on. As scary and intimidating as everyone looked, they were actually the nicest group we have ever dealt with at a YONDR event.

Some people don’t take kindly to having to have their phone and smart watch locked up. Even for a 2 hour concert.

Yeah I am not really sure about the whole phone and watch locked up thing… Although I do see the point behind it.

Yeah, usually YONDR provides this service for stand up comedians. When we worked the Amy Schumer show at Humphreys, she was nice enough to let us watch on our break.

Less than a year later when her Netflix special hit, it was the exact same routine.

No wonder she insisted on no audience filling. Everyone would’ve just watched for free on YouTube.

Make sense to make as much money as they can I guess 🤷‍♂️

Their sound was the most distinctive in them with the vocals taking the lead.

The song is not bad. It has a tune you want to sing along. The beginning as he sings has that familiar tone. You heard that?
