It’s the time of the week that we highlight one of our favourite new releases. This time its Last Train Blues by Ingrid And The Ministers. Read a little about the song in the band’s own words. Then, listen to it once or fifty times!
Song Background Information
“LAST TRAIN BLUES is an ominous reflection on the climate crisis. Written in the wake of severe flooding across New Zealand’s North Island, it captures some of the anxiety felt as another storm threatens to cause even more destruction. Paired back to just two guitars, it’s a stripped-back summer-storm porch-blues, heavy with anticipation.”
