This is a new post type based off the ever popular “Guess The Year” feature we have on www.foxreviewsrock.com! Now we will give you clues that lead towards a famous rock star, but can you work out who it is?

All we ask is that you DO NOT use google in order to work out who the rockstar is. Firstly that is a really sad thing to do, but also it ruins the fun for everyone else! Use the clues below, and make sure to leave your guess in the comments section!

        Okay, I slept on it. Peace sign = looks like an inverted ‘Y’ with an extra arm, inside a circle. Circle = O, doubled = OO – Ozzy Osbourne?

          Well you got the correct answer 🙂 But not sure how haha! The double V sign clue was because that is what he would do on stage.

            That’s interesting, and puzzling too. The ‘V’ meant Victory after WW2, and went from that to Peace – the Japanese language students I taught over 20 years ago were fond of making the sign when having photos taken – apparently it was widely adopted in the Far East from that time forwards. I remember most however the symbol from the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament – the ‘Ban the Bomb’ sign of the late 50s and 60s. So that’s what came to mind, and I had to think and remove the inverted Y inside to get empty Os. Weird, but it worked; maybe Ozzie’s tugging the strings and having a laugh from the other side, lol? 🙂
