Band Background

Based in Australia and formed in 2014 The Psychedelic Porn Crumpets not only have a weird yet cool name… But they also absolutely ROCK too. Mixing psych rock with experimental tunes their energetic style has helped them build a huge following. They also never stop working, with another album that was released after this already out and endless touring!

What’s Good About This Album

I really appreciate the chaotic energy of this album. But that it also highlights the abilities of every single band member too! With intensity usually attributed to punk set to dream like sections, this is a winner.

Favourite Tracks

You get hit with this powerful energy from the very first riff! As far as psych goes this is slightly less on that scale but higher on the hard rock side of things. The vocals have this magnetic effect, and while we are speaking of effects this track has lots but all done really well.

I adore the warped guitars on this track and the playful side that the band are showing off here. The psych edge is well and truly back on this track too. Nice!
