    I do like Planet Caravan as a nice, mellow number. NIB has always been a favorite, but from the Dio era I like Children of the Sea and Mob Rules.

        The original lineup is the classic sound and really brought heavy metal to a wider audience. But (and I often catch hell for this), Dio was the better vocalist and wrote his own lyrics. I probably lean to the classic lineup overall, but I do love me some Dio era.

          Dio was a better singer than Ozzy BUT I’d say Ozzy was more iconic.
