How did you come up with the bands name?
Like a lot of band names it started as a joke that somehow stuck. We liked that it felt a bit rough around the edges and very Irish.
Where are you from?
Dublin Ireland
What genre would you class your music as?
Alt rock, Indie rock, Garage rock
For Fans Of?
Biffy Clyro / Arctic Monkeys / Fontaines D.C
Where can people connect with you?
What is your latest release?
Right Folks (Can’t Stay Here) captures a moment every Irish night out eventually reaches. The lights come on, the staff are stacking chairs, and someone shouts the words nobody wants to hear, next thing you know its 6am and a stranger is burning the ear off you at some random kitchen table.
Driven by sharp guitar, pounding drums and a chant ready chorus, the track captures the chaos, slight sadness of the night ending too soon and the conversations with strangers sitting around kitchen table at 6am. The song takes its name from the phrase heard in pubs across Ireland when closing time arrives.
What are the songs you would recommend to new listeners?
Disconnect – A punchy track about the grip social media has on modern life and how easy it is to lose hours scrolling instead of living in the real world.
Berlin – Rizla Silvers debut release captures the disorienting rush of nightlife inspired by a crazy night out in Berlin using its iconic nightlife scene as a metaphor for hedonistic escape and emotional numbness.
What is the song you’re most proud of as a band?
Right Folks (Can’t Stay Here) is the one that really feels like it captures the band best. It came together quickly in the rehearsal room and straight away it had that energy where everyone knew it would work live.
The chorus is elegantly simple, loud and built for a crowd to shout back. Since we started playing it at gigs it has become one of those songs that blows the roof off, which is exactly what we always aim for when writing.

When can we expect some new music?
2 more singles are planned for release during 2026 as the band continues building momentum with a debut EP expected Sept 2026.
Who would be your dream collaboration?
Working with Biffy Clyro would be incredible. They have always been a massive influence on us. Their ability to mix huge riffs, massive choruses and really honest songwriting is something we really admire. They are also one of the best live bands around, which is something we always try to bring into our own shows.
Where can people next catch one of your shows?
Numerous Dublin shows booked in over the coming months. Playing inaugural Beardfire Music Festival in August.
What is the bands goal for the next 12 months?
Release more music, grow the live audience, and get Rizla Silvers into bigger venues across Ireland and the UK.
What is your message to new listeners?
Stick the songs on loud. Then come see us live.
