Fox
Linkin Park – The Emptiness Machine.
It’s been out for a couple of weeks at this point, but this really is a fantastic track! I still have massive reservations about them calling the band Linkin Park.
But, that doesn’t take away from this great song! Emily’s vocals are really brilliant on this , and I hope once the album comes out my viewpoint changes. Good luck to her and to the whole band!
Rex
The Prize Fighter Inferno – Elm Street Loverboy.
Coheed and Cambria are my all time favourite band and I was going to pick a song by them, but I stumbled upon The Prize Fighter Inferno when trying to pick a song for this segment.
He is the frontman of Coheed and Cambria, but he created The Prize Fighter Inferno during the covid pandemic while going through a rough time, we found an outlet in writing and performing songs a lot more emotional and raw than Coheed’s usual theme.
I picked this song because I think Claudio Sanchez is such an incredibly talented human and deserves so much recognition with his music and comic books! (The Amory Wars)
St Jimmy
Slackrr – Playing with Fire.
A band I only discovered last month, as I was bored one Saturday and decided to check out my local music venues to see who was playing, this is where I stumbled across this band who is touring all the time! I enjoy this song in particular as you can easily sing along to it.
I think it’s important to support your local venues and up and coming bands, that’s why I want to show some love for Slackrr for this week’s tune.

Cozzer
Fit For An Autopsy – Hostage.
I like how the riff instantly grabs your attention and lets you know the song means business.
Lucky Luke
Linkin Park – No More Sorrow.
The build up for the pre-chorus is so intense. When it drops, it gives everyone goosebumps.
