Song Background Information
“Siphon” is a modern emo / alt-rock track that explores love at its most unstable, where devotion turns into obsession and intimacy becomes something invasive. Built around the idea of a siphon—a force that drains emotional energy—the song follows a relationship that slowly unravels into fixation, control and emotional distortion.
Told from the perspective of someone unable to let go, Siphon blurs the line between vulnerability and possession. The narrator believes everything she does comes from love, but as the song unfolds, something far more sinister begins to emerge beneath the surface.
Other Information
We are currently working on creating merch, and are recording a 4-track EP in the studio next month. We are looking to book some more shows after that to discuss the release of the future songs.
